At Sharon’s Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help. Please review our policy below:

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags must be intact and attached to the garment.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like leggings and gym gear can only be returned if they are found to have a manufacturing defect upon delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale or under a “Clearance” category.

  • Products that show signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains.

4. The Process

  • Request: Contact us via WhatsApp at 01521-338181 or email sharonsfashion134@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of the product.

  • Pickup/Send: Depending on your location in Bangladesh, we will either arrange a pickup (delivery charges apply) or ask you to send it back via a local courier.

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method:

  • Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad): 3–5 working days.

  • Bank Transfer: 7–10 working days.

  • Store Credit: Issued immediately for your next purchase.

Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color (subject to availability), we offer a one-time exchange. The customer is responsible for the additional delivery fees associated with the exchange.
